Merlin James Alexandre
Salisbury
is a first year graduate student in the Sound
Design program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and an alumni of
the University of Utah Performing Arts Design Program. He is the recipient
of the ACTF Design in Production Award, the Stern Fellowship and the Engar
Scholarship and is single. His credits include being the Production Sound
Engineer for Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Sound Designer and Engineer for
Stages St. Louis, two seasons as the Sound Designer for Utah Musical
Theatre, and the Resident Sound Engineer for the Marriot Center for Dance.
Of all his experiences, the greatest and most memorable was the two years he
spent serving as a missionary in Taipei Taiwan. Merlin dedicates every show
and his entire career to the memory of his father, James Earl Salisbury. October 2007 |
